Who we are

Conicor Projects (Pty) Ltd is owned and managed by husband & wife team, Conrad Meyer and Corne Odendaal.

Conrad worked for Supreme Mouldings in the Sales, Marketing, and Technical fields from 1988 until retiring in early 2017.

Supreme Mouldings is the leading manufacturer / supplier of Architectural Skirting and Flooring profiles, Wall Décor items, and Picture Framing profiles, products, and equipment in South Africa.

During his tenure with Supreme, Conrad built up an in depth knowledge the Architectural / Construction, as well as Wall Décor industries in South Africa.

Corne is an IT Solutions Developer with an extensive background in LIMS and Security Software Systems.

Her expertise lies in developing solutions from scratch, as well as customizing existing solutions, using SQL Server, C#, Visual Basic, ASP, JavaScript, Java, Angular, Python, Microsoft Office Integration and Data Warehousing.

Corne's most recent project was writing a complete solution from ground zero for a leading security company in South Africa.

This embodied a CRM (for capturing and displaying Client and Staff information), mobile application for booking on duty and checking in at regular intervals for security personnel, enabling Clients/Guards to file immediate emergency, and assistance requests. It also included a mobile application for doing patrols sending QR data, as well as photographs to the server, a dashboard displaying various types of information a guard encounters during his shift, patrol information together with photos and geo-locations, sending and receiving of SMS and emails, and a reporting module.

The company is based north of Tshwane in the Roodeplaat area, and operates in Gauteng, as well as the rest of South Africa with the supply of their products and services, in the product supply and installation, as well as the IT Development fields.

We supply to both the public, as well as interior decorators and trade professionals.

We are approved suppliers and installers of Enviroline Skirting, Trims, Flooring profiles, Adhesives, Colour Sealants, and Silicone.
Enviroline is a locally manufactured range of HDPS polymer profiles that are factory finished and ready to fit on the wall in white, as well as a wide range of contemporary woodgrain finishes to use with carpets, tiles, wood or laminate, and vinyl flooring.
Enviroline is 100% waterproof and ideal for use with tiled floors, and in coastal areas prone to high humidity. The décor layer is a pre-printed polymer, so colour consistency from batch to batch is guaranteed making it ideal for projects that are carried out in phases over a period of time. Furthermore the heat fusing process used to apply the décor layer, results in a product that is highly scuff resistant with a finish that will not delaminate or peel.
Due to the core substrate of a polymer profile, Enviroline cannot warp, shrink, or split. It requires minimal labour – just mitre and fit to the wall with Ultramount Construction adhesive which we supply. No nails or screws, and no painting, staining, or filling necessary.
It is also a very GREEN product as it is made from a high percentage of recycled material, and the finished product is fully recyclable. Please see the Green Alternative information on our website.
Skirting profile sizes range from 48 to 150mm in height in 8 different designs from classic to contemporary. Flooring profiles are HDPS or Aluminium, in woodgrain and Anodized metal finishes, and covers the full spectrum of requirements for wooden flooring.

As set out under the “Who we are” section, Conicor Projects also offers Software Development custom written to client specifications. Corne is a Developer with 30 years of experience, and has written numerous solutions for customers in a variety of industries. She has also lectured at college providing IT training.
